Nustian Referrals is a private exchange for NUST alumni in the United States. Ask a Nustian at the company you are applying to for a referral, or refer the Nustians who ask you.
How it works
Pick the company and attach your resume
Choose the company from where Nustians work, add the job link and the resume you want them to read.
One Nustian at a time
Your request is offered to one verified Nustian at that company. If they do not take it within the window — five days to begin with — it moves to the next. When nobody there can take it, it is up for grabs for any verified Nustian at the company.
They acknowledge, then refer
The Nustian who acknowledges sees your email and phone, submits the referral, and you are told when it is acknowledged and when it is submitted.

Accounts come from the alumni roster or are approved by an admin before they are active.
Where you work is verified
A code to your work email, then an admin's review of your LinkedIn profile, before requests can be offered to you.
Your details stay private
Only admins see who works where. Your resume goes to the Nustian your request is offered to; your email and phone only after they acknowledge.
